The Truth About Vaping!
Thanks to @juliaroseroberts for sharing your story! Best wishes on a speedy recovery!
Heads up: This collection of short stories touches Heads up: This collection of short stories touches on lots of sensitive topics. (Think: OCD, EDs, SH, SI, and grief.) This anthology is truly incredible, but please only read it if you're in a solid place. ♥️ (It also has a directory of mental health resources at the back!)

Written entirely by teen authors who have lived experience with mental illness and neurodivergence, this collection does a stellar job of balancing mental health struggles with humor, romance, and hope.

Instead of treating mental health as a tragic weakness, something to fix, or a dramatic plot device, these stories show characters living full, relatable lives.

They're dealing with crushes, school stress, friendships, and identity, all while managing their mental health.

The core message is clear. Struggling with your mental health doesn't make you broken or abnormal. It makes you human, and you don't have to do it alone.

Notice that it's about how you want to FEEL, not w Notice that it's about how you want to FEEL, not what you feel like you "should" ACCOMPLISH.

Sometimes those are related! But your bullet points can be as simple as spending more time outside, texting a friend once a day, or talking to your parents more over dinner.

No wrong answers.
